Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck while performing tire-related services such as mounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing tire issues, conducting fleet inspections, and maintaining the service truck and tools. The role requires clear communication with customers and adherence to safety policies and traffic laws. Candidates should be capable of lifting heavy tires and working independently under diverse conditions. Preferred experience includes heavy-duty tire knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
