Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck, performing tire mounting, balancing, and repair for passenger, light truck, commercial, and industrial vehicles. Diagnose tire-related issues, inspect wheels for wear and damage, and operate diagnostic tools while maintaining the service truck and equipment. Perform fleet inspections, preventative maintenance, and warehouse duties as needed. Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws at all times. Provide clear communication of service details and timelines to customers. Maintain flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with possible overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred but not required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
