Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck, mounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires. Responsibilities include diagnosing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, inspecting tires and wheels, and conducting fleet inspections. Operate diagnostic tools and maintain equipment in safe operating condition while adhering to safety policies and traffic laws. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with warehouse duties when not on service calls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
