Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a service truck, mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires including passenger and commercial types. Diagnose tire issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and conduct inspections. Operate TPMS and maintain equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with shop duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
