Job Summary
The Mobile Service Technician responds to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair various types of tires. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, inspecting tires for wear and damage, and operating tire pressure monitoring systems. The role demands the ability to work independently in various conditions and provides exceptional customer service. Preferred qualifications include experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires, and candidates must hold a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
