Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing and repairing various types of tires, diagnosing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, and conducting fleet inspections. The technician must maintain the service truck and adhere to safety protocols. A valid driver's license is necessary, and experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
