Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair all tire types. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect wheels for wear or damage. Operate TPMS and diagnostic tools while maintaining the service truck and equipment. Perform fleet inspections, follow DOT regulations and safety policies, and provide clear communication to customers. Assist with warehouse or shop duties as needed. Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred. Overtime and flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- CDL preferred but not required
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required
