Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians are responsible for responding to roadside and on-site service calls, mounting and repairing various types of tires, diagnosing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, and inspecting tires for wear and damage. This role requires operating diagnostic tools and maintaining a service truck and equipment. The position emphasizes following safety policies and regulations, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with shop duties when not on calls. Candidates must be 21 years or older, pass a drug screen, and have a valid driver’s license. Experience with commercial tires and the ability to lift heavy objects are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
