Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a service truck, perform tire repairs and light mechanical services, and conduct inspections for wear and damage. Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment, complying with DOT regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have the ability to lift heavy tires and work independently. A valid driver's license is required, and CDL is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
