Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing all types of tires, as well as diagnosing tire-related issues and performing light mechanical repairs. Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and inflation, and conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks. Operate diagnostic tools and maintain the service truck and tools in safe condition while following safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Possible overtime may be required.
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
