Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires. Diagnose and repair tire-related issues and perform light mechanical repairs. Conduct fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks. Operate tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and maintain service truck and tools in safe condition. Provide excellent customer service and assist with warehouse or shop duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires
