Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians respond to roadside and on-site service calls, perform tire balancing, and repair various types of tires. Responsibilities include diagnosing tire-related issues, conducting fleet inspections, and operating diagnostic tools. Technicians must maintain the service truck and tools, adhere to safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service. A valid driver's license is required, with a preference for CDL; candidates should be able to lift up to 250 pounds. Health benefits and 401(k) with match are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
