Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires including passenger, light truck, and commercial truck. Diagnose and repair tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation. Maintain the service truck and equipment, follow safety regulations, and provide exceptional customer service while assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
