Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires, diagnosing tire-related issues, inspecting tires and wheels, performing fleet inspections, and maintaining service tools and equipment. Follow DOT regulations and provide exceptional customer service while communicating service details effectively. Must be capable of working independently in various conditions and lifting heavy tires.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
