Job Summary
Travel in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs, recalls, and maintenance work. Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders while communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production. Organize the mobile van daily, document all work performed, and stay informed of technical bulletins to complete required training. Engage with diverse customers daily to drive loyalty and represent the dealership, occasionally working in challenging weather conditions while driving and maintaining the company vehicle responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver license
- Strong use of technological devices including tablets
- Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
- Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Service Technician experience preferred
