Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles at client locations while managing parts inventory, returns, and order processing. Perform walk-around assessments, document client concerns using proprietary software, and handle invoicing and payment collection. Manage appointment schedules, coordinate travel across the territory, and provide on-site customer service including phone support and status updates. Maintain high knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and general Electric Vehicle systems while adhering to strict repair order documentation procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)
- Previous Mobile Service Technician experience
- Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
