Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations with company-provided transport. Perform walk-around assessments, document client concerns, and execute repairs while managing parts ordering, inventory, and invoice collection. Provide customer service by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating clients on repair status. Maintain high knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and EV systems, adhering to correct repair order documentation procedures. Support the Costa Mesa Service Center based on demand and plan travel time for assigned territory visits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Ability to travel in assigned territory and other service locations
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)
- Previous Mobile Service Technician experience
- Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
