Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations and performing walk-around assessments. Order parts, manage inventory, and document all interactions using the proprietary DMS software while adhering to the Three C's repair order procedures. Invoice clients, collect payments, and handle customer service duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating customers on repair status. Maintain high knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and general Electric Vehicle systems to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. This role requires ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire, with reimbursement for completion costs. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license, possess EPA 609 Certification, and be willing to complete CPR training.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)
- Previous Mobile Service Technician experience
- Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
