Job Summary
Review repair orders, gather information, and secure tools to prepare for service events on International Motors and IC Bus vehicles. Perform maintenance and repairs accurately by conducting inspections, sourcing parts, managing deviations, and documenting all work in repair orders. Apply troubleshooting expertise to service truck and bus products while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer offerings. Coach coworkers and apprentices on best practices, safety protocols, and technical skills to foster team growth. Communicate effectively with customers and leadership to build trust and ensure timely, professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Medium or heavy-duty technician, equivalent experience or qualification
- Applicable certifications related to industry, products, and/or safety
- Currently maintains or can obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- International Master Certified
