Job Summary
Review repair orders, gather tools and parts, and perform maintenance and repairs on International Motors and IC Bus vehicles while adhering to established standards. Document completed work thoroughly, coordinate handovers, and troubleshoot vehicle systems using proper tools and technical expertise. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, coach coworkers on safety and best practices, and communicate effectively with customers and leadership to build trust. Utilize digital tools to streamline workflows and identify practical solutions for routine issues.
Required Qualifications
- Medium or heavy-duty technician, equivalent experience or qualification
- Applicable certifications related to industry, products, and/or safety
- Currently maintains or can obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- International Master Certified
