Job Summary
Perform on-site vehicle maintenance and repairs at customer locations using a fully equipped mobile service van. Execute routine tasks including oil changes, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, and brake services while troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. Handle warranty repairs, recalls, diagnostic scanning, and software updates to manufacturer specifications. Deliver repair estimates, explain vehicle conditions, and provide complimentary multi-pint inspections with visual documentation. Maintain the mobile service vehicle's cleanliness and ensure adequate stocking of tools and parts. Requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to operate various vehicle transmissions.
