Job Summary
Seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform diagnosis and repairs on vehicle components and systems. Responsibilities include conducting major repairs with accuracy, troubleshooting vehicle issues, engaging with manufacturers for service reimbursement, documenting repair processes, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, pass drug screening, and have the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting. Preferred qualifications include ASE certifications and experience with diagnostic software.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing a superior customer service experience
- Must be neat in appearance, punctual, and a team player
- Possess good communication skills
- Must be able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities and be responsive and flexible to best serve the issue at hand
- Must be physically capable of performing the duties of technician per dealer requirements
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications
- Good organizational skills & strong attention to detail
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Class B or above license required within 6 months of hire; must meet company insurability standards
- Working knowledge of International Truck/IC Bus and supplier product
- Be able to use the International Service Portal when required
- Working knowledge of standard diagnostic software
