Mobile Service Technician

Job Summary
Travel to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls while performing vehicle repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders. Organize daily appointments, communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production, and accurately document all work performed on repair orders. Maintain the company vehicle responsibly and stay informed of Ford technical bulletins by completing required training. Engage with diverse customers daily to represent the dealership and drive loyalty. Work occasionally in challenging weather conditions while utilizing technological devices including tablets.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver license
- Strong use of technological devices including tablets
- Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
- Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience is preferred but not required
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Service Technician experience preferred
