Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck. Responsibilities include mounting, dismounting, balancing, and repairing various types of tires, diagnosing and repairing tire-related issues, performing light mechanical repairs, and operating diagnostic tools. Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to lift and move heavy tires. Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
