Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls with a service truck; mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires including passenger and commercial. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform inspections, and maintain equipment in safe condition. Exceptional customer service and clear communication are essential. Must be able to work independently in various conditions and may assist with shop duties when not on calls. Experience with heavy-duty tires is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred
