Job Summary
Respond to roadside and on-site service calls using a fully equipped service truck to mount, dismount, balance, and repair tires across passenger, light truck, commercial, and industrial categories. Diagnose tire-related issues, perform light mechanical repairs, and inspect wheels for wear, damage, or inflation while operating TPMS and diagnostic tools. Maintain the service truck and equipment in safe condition, adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies, and provide clear communication regarding service details. Perform fleet inspections and preventative maintenance as required, assisting with warehouse or shop duties when not on service calls. Valid driver's license with acceptable record needed; CDL preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of working independently in various weather and road conditions
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
