Job Summary
Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy equipment across Perth while conducting inspections and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Collaborate with customers to understand equipment issues, provide professional service solutions, and maintain accurate service reports. Adhere to safety protocols and manage parts inventory by coordinating with workshops as required. This full-time Monday–Friday role includes overtime potential and requires a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in mobile plant servicing. You must hold a current driver's license, with a heavy vehicle license and forklift ticket advantageous. Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment servicing
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
- Proven experience working as a mobile technician in a field service environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's license
- Heavy vehicle license
- Forklift ticket
- Willingness to travel within the Perth metro area and surrounding regions
- Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
