Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations and performing walk-around assessments. Order parts, manage inventory, and document all vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite while adhering to correct repair order procedures. Provide direct customer service by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updating clients on repair status. Invoice and collect payment for completed services while supporting the Service Center based on demand. Maintain high knowledge of High Voltage, Low Voltage, and general Electric Vehicle systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
- Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)
- Previous Mobile Service Technician experience
- Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
