Job Summary
Conduct multi-point inspections, perform minor maintenance, execute software updates, and complete recall repairs at client locations. Clearly explain inspection findings, maintenance recommendations, and next steps while delivering an exceptional customer experience focused on trust and transparency. Maintain consistent communication with service advisors and dispatch, utilizing OEM diagnostic tools to document results and upload photographs into dealership systems. Manage proper transport and storage of fluids, service materials, and diagnostic equipment while adhering to safety and environmental compliance standards. Cross-train across multiple vehicle platforms and brands, staying current on software updates and technical training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing maintenance services independently (field/mobile experience a plus)
- Prior mobile service experience
- Experience with OEM diagnostic systems
