Job Summary
Coordinate mobile service appointments, write repair orders and explain charges, perform vehicle walk-around documentation of customer concerns, provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts, monitor repair progress, communicate changes in estimates or timelines to customers, maintain high customer satisfaction, and advise customers on proper truck care per manufacturer specs; adhere to Quirk safety policies and report incidents; prior sales experience and organizational/time-management skills are preferred, with training available for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating service appointments
- Ability to write Repair Orders and explain charges
- Ability to provide cost estimates for labor and parts
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
