Mobile Service Coordinator

Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, managing service requests and tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions while assisting in resolving concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer experience. Requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with scheduling software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
