Job Summary
Mobile Service Advisor to represent Lincoln at a dealership, delivering mobile service experiences to customers. Serve as primary point of contact for mobile service customers, schedule and coordinate appointments, explain maintenance and repair recommendations, create accurate service estimates and invoices, collaborate with mobile technicians to ensure timely delivery, maintain customer records, and promote dealership services to build long-term relationships. Requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and a valid driver’s license; able to work independently in a mobile environment. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/ Appointment Scheduler in a dealership or service center (Ford/Lincoln preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a mobile work environment
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
