Mobile Retail Sales Associate $1000 Sign On Bonus

Learn and build proficiency in customer service while conducting in-store demonstrations and side-by-side selling to help customers choose devices and service plans. Build relationships with customers, educate on products, and guide purchases with thoughtful questions and clear answers. Participate in training to advance toward Mobile Expert, collaborate with teammates across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads, and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic retail environment focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to stand for long periods, reliable transportation, and 40 hours/week full-time or 20+ hours/week part-time availability. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. 1000 sign-on bonus mentioned; ESOP and commission opportunities are available; training provided.
