Conduct daily Shoe Force Mobile Retail Fit events at wellness expos, corporate sites, and community gatherings. Operate the Shoe Force Van, loading and unloading equipment up to 50 lbs, while using Fit Finder 3D Foot Scanning Technology to deliver personalized footwear recommendations. Remain on your feet for four-hour shifts and maintain a clean driving record. Earn bonuses for hitting sales goals and enjoy discounts on all favorite brands. This role supports Road Runner Sports' newest retail concept, bringing the Perfect Fit Process directly to customers across the country.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic approach to selling Shoe Force program
- Ability to load and unload the Shoe Force Van Daily (moving equipment up to 50Lbs)
- Willingness to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced environments
- Able to be on your feet for 4 hours at a time
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a large van
- Background check completion
