Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Mobile Response Team clinicians and interns, including recruitment, training, and coaching. Coordinate daily staffing, coverage, and on-call rotation while triaging crisis referrals and supporting high-acuity community responses. Liaise with hospitals, law enforcement, and community agencies to strengthen diversion initiatives and referral relationships. Monitor clinical documentation, authorizations, and performance data to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement. Complete behavioral health assessments and assist with medication management referrals as needed. Requires Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC licensure, two years of post-licensure crisis experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Full-time role with rotating schedule and up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC license
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing behavioral health crisis services
- Previous experience working with individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises
Desired Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of supervisory or management experience in a community behavioral health setting
