Job Summary
Lead the Mobile Response Team (MRT) operations during emergency calls and urgent field deployments, supervise MRT personnel, assess incidents, determine response strategies, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary communications link between MRT, management, and other responding agencies. Requires nursing supervision experience and licensure options (LVN/LPT/RN/LCSW/LMFT); valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field locations. Salary range listed as hourly pay range $40–$44 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and California-based deployment in Lompoc, CA.
