Job Summary
Mobile Security Officer responsible for access control and patrols at client sites in Milwaukee with shift time Thu-Sun 12am-10am. Responsibilities include conflict resolution and de-escalation, reporting safety issues, and maintaining safety and security through teamwork. Requires 18+ years old, valid driver's license, and a High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED within 6 months). Training provided with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, and weekly pay. Must be able to respond to emergencies with sound judgement and complete pre-employment screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Customer service background preferred
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
