Job Summary
Repair equipment using the appropriate tools to conform to U-Haul standards. Perform work in a timely manner and determine causes of operating errors. Continued U-Haul equipment education is required. Establish an effective route in the assigned area to repair all down or inoperable equipment and ensure that all equipment has been repaired or scheduled for repair. Maintain inventory of repair parts and ensure parts used are charged out. Team Members may assist in additional areas as directed by supervision. 100% on-site mobility with a focus on field repair of trucks and trailers; includes training programs (Ford and GMC) and a wellness/benefits package. Minimum qualifications include self-motivation, ability to work without supervision, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with diagnostic tools. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, equipment maintenance, inventory control, safety, and customer-ready service.”,
