Job Summary
Provide on-site reception support across multiple Cambridge locations, delivering impeccable service and building rapport with guests and colleagues. Handle in-person, phone and email communications, adapt to a variety of environments (residential, corporate and hospitality), and travel between up to four Cambridge locations. Key duties include welcoming guests, coordinating with teams, and contributing to a positive first impression. Requires flexibility in shifts (8:00–17:00 or 8:30–17:30) on a temporary 0-hours contract; prior experience in high-end customer service and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and via email
- High end customer service experience essential, preferably in hotel or corporate environment
- Flexible to travel across multiple locations in Cambridge
- Can-do attitude and friendly demeanor
- Adaptability to perform duties in residential, corporate and hospitality environments
