Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in railcar repair or mechanical valve work
- Familiarity with FRA and AAR regulations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret valve schematics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with valve repair tools
- Welding certification (FCAW, SMAW)
