Job Summary
Provide primary and diabetic foot care to residents in long-term care and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include administering patient care, maintaining patient records, and completing tasks per policies and quality standards. Must hold a valid Minnesota podiatrist license and a Doctor of Podiatry Medicine (DPM) degree; proficient in EMR; able to work hours required and travel to multiple locations daily; capable of functioning independently and collaborating with an assistant. Required Qualifications
- A valid and unrestricted current license as a Podiatrist in the State of Minnesota required.
- A verified degree from a school or college of podiatric medicine.
