Job Summary
Collect medical histories, perform venipuncture, take manual blood pressures, and gather vitals and urine specimens at the individual's home, workplace, or specified location. Manage your personal calendar of availability to select days and hours for on-call, part-time shifts. Maintain reliable transportation and current auto insurance, and ensure access to your own computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner. Verify minimum 100 successful practical blood draws prior to onboarding. Required Qualifications
- Skilled licensed CPT-1 phlebotomist
- Minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws
- Skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance unless taking public transportation i.e. large metropolitan city
- Own computer, internet, cell phone, printer & scanner
- Bi-lingual
