Job Summary
Conduct mobile life insurance exams professionally, collecting blood and urine samples while documenting medical history and vitals. Perform EKGs as needed, label specimens, and complete all paperwork accurately. Upload completed documents to the ExamOne Portal and package specimens for lab shipment. Provide daily case status updates. Maintain safety protocols and established health guidelines throughout the assignment. Requires 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, reliable vehicle, and high-speed internet access. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per completed assignment with biweekly payment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Techs, LPNs
- Excellent blood drawing Skills and experience
- 1 Year (+100 Sticks)
- Detail-oriented with strong medical terminology
- Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure
- Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner
- Must have a Reliable car and auto insurance
- Must pass a Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen
- Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and Metropolitan Suburbs
- Must be self-motivated and like to work independently
