Job Summary
Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before commencing patient care. Navigate to patient homes using modern technology to access schedules, then establish warm connections while performing low-acuity diagnostic services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Label all collected samples correctly and coordinate their drop-off to appropriate labs or shipment facilities. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while delivering compassionate care in a revolutionary environment. Requires reliable transportation, ability to physically access homes including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds, and valid clinical licensure or national certification. Must pass background checks and hold current vehicle insurance.
