Job Summary
Ensure you have all proper supplies and PPE before commencing your day. Navigate to patient homes using modern technology to access your schedule, then establish warm connections with diverse patients. Perform various low-acuity diagnostic and preventative services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Properly label collected samples and coordinate their drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility. Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and compassion while working independently with minimal supervision.
