Job Summary
Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before commencing patient care. Navigate to patient homes using modern technology to access schedules and commute. Establish warm connections with diverse patients to collect relevant information and perform various services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Label samples correctly and coordinate drop-offs to appropriate labs or shipment facilities. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while operating autonomously with minimal supervision. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to physically access homes, including carrying up to 20 pounds. Must possess state required licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and pass background checks.
