Job Summary
Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready before commencing patient care. Navigate to patient homes using mobile technology to access schedules, then establish welcoming connections to perform preventative and diagnostic services including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Properly label collected samples and coordinate their drop-off to labs or shipment facilities. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while operating autonomously with minimal supervision. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and ability to physically navigate homes carrying up to 20 pounds. Must hold state licensure, Basic Life Support certification, and pass background checks. Full-time role with on-call rotation; valid clinical license and national certification required for applicants in states without specific licensure.
