Job Summary
This role entails visiting patients at home or office, driving to and from appointments, processing specimens with a mobile centrifuge, and dropping samples off at service centers. Candidates need to follow safe blood collection procedures and maintain excellent communication with the operations and patient experience team. Applicants must possess a phlebotomy certification, at least one year of phlebotomy experience, and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
- Experience processing samples
- Certification from a national agency such as American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish
