Job Summary
Join Getlabs as a Mobile Phlebotomist on a PRN basis, visiting patients' homes to collect lab samples. Responsibilities include ensuring safe blood collection procedures, maintaining communication with the operations team, and providing an exceptional patient experience. Candidates need phlebotomy certification, at least one year of experience, and a strong focus on patient care. Must be adaptable to a high-growth environment and have reliable transportation. A flexible schedule is available.
Required Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
- 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Experience processing samples
- Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to drive in the dark - first appointments may be as early as 5am!
- Ability to physically access patients including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting and reaching
- Ability to physically navigate patients homes including climbing stairs and carrying 15 pounds while walking
- Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment

- Fluent in Spanish
