Job Summary

Conduct mobile medical collections at applicants' homes, workplaces, or specified locations by performing venipuncture, manual blood pressure checks, vitals assessment, and urine specimen collection. Manage your personal calendar of availability to select specific days and hours for on-call shifts. Verify minimum 100 successful practical blood draws and hold an MA-P or Washington State health license prior to on-boarding. Maintain reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and own necessary equipment including a computer, internet, cell phone, printer, and scanner. This role supports ExamOne's paramedical exam services for life, health, and disability insurance underwriters.

Required Qualifications

  • skilled phlebotomist
  • minimum of 100 successful practical blood draws
  • MA-P or other license through the WA Dept of health to draw blood
  • skilled in taking manual blood pressures and pulses
  • reliable transportation
  • current auto insurance unless taking public transportation i.e. large metropolitan city
  • own computer

  • Bi-lingual
